Staff Profiles
Dr Nick Kane MBChB, MSc, MD (Hons), FRCS, FRCP (by election) trained in Neurophysiology at the Burden Neurological Institute in Bristol, the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery and Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children in London.
He has 10 years experience as a full time NHS Consultant Clinical Neurophysiologist and is Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer at the University of Bristol. He performs and interprets nerve conduction studies & electromyography and reports on all other neurophysiological investigations.
Dr Sam Lhatoo MBBS, MD(Med), MD(Neuro), MRCP(UK), CCST(Neuro) was trained in Neurology, Epilepsy and Electroencephalography (EEG) at the Radcliffe Infirmary in Oxford, Frenchay Hospital in Bristol, the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery at Queen Square in London and the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in the USA.
He works as a Consultant Neurologist at Frenchay Hospital in Bristol and is Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer at the University of Bristol. He provides neurology consultations and reports on EEGs.
Dr Agyepong Oware MBChB FRCP was trained in neurology and neuromuscular diseases at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Hospital in New York and Neurophysiology at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery and Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children in London.
He is a Consultant Clinical Neurophysiologist at Frenchay Hospital in Bristol and Gloucestershire Royal Hospital in Gloucester. He performs and interprets nerve conduction studies & electromyography and reports on other neurophysiological investigations.
